One of the great things about being me (aside from the obvious) is that I'm a Facebook user.  True to form, I checked the firewalls and determined that Facebook is still viewable on DOD computers.  Facebook is permitted (as opposed to Mysuck) for three important reasons.

1.) Facebook's sleek design does not suck up the bandwidth that Mysuck does.
2.) Facebook doesn't allow for abominations of HTML, CSS or viruses in their code.  (Speaking of which, how do I make this Livejournal column wider?)
3.) As I've proven time and time again, Facebook user intelligence and culture > Myspace user intelligence and culture.  Enough said.

Of course, my refined tastes also invoved me going to qwantz.com's "Dinosaur Comics", and printing out a few comics to hang on my wall.  Some people have pictures of kids and puppies, I have T-Rex discussing, well, all the various things T-Rex discusses (from existentialism to entropy to why entropy is sexy)  Here's today's, which I think is quite funny.  (Guest star:  God)
